Question: the text of my message after the command

Method:
1. State what a correct answer must establish, and what would falsify it.
2. Gather at least three independent sources. Prefer primary documents, specifications, official documentation and data over commentary. Note the date of each.
3. Cross-check. Where sources disagree, say so, and say which you weight and why.
4. Separate what is established, what is inferred, and what is unknown. Give confidence in plain words, not percentages.
5. Answer in the shortest form that is complete, then list the sources with their dates.

Note: consensor's research worker is not live yet, so this runs on Claude directly. When it is, the same command will route the examination through consensor and HOURGLASS and carry a receipt.
